User Manual: Manually Adding and Exporting User Attendance

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Enter your username and password on the login screen, then click the login button. This will take you to your home page.

Step 2: Navigate to the HR Tab

From the home page, click the HR tab on the left sidebar. Use the dropdown arrow to expand options under HR, then select Shift and Attendance. Locate and click on the Attendance shortcut.

Step 3: Go to the Attendance Shortcut

Click the Attendance shortcut to open the attendance list view. This view displays attendance records for users based on your role and permissions.

Note:

  1. Admins/HR can view all attendance records, including those of other employees.
  2. Employees can only view their own attendance.

Step 4: Manually Adding A User's Attendance

Click the Add Attendance button in the upper-right corner of the Attendance List page. A new form will appear where you can manually enter attendance details. If you are an employee, ensure the accuracy of the information you provide, as it will be cross-checked with Employee Check-in Records.

Step 5: Fill in the Attendance Form and Information

Select the employee's name and confirm the attendance date. Provide relevant details such as status (Absent or Present), shift information, and any Late Entry or Early Exit.

Once reviewed, click Save in the upper-right corner.

Step 6: Submit the Attendance and View the Attendance List

After saving the attendance entry, you can submit it to HR for verification. The record will then appear in the Attendance List View, where it can be reviewed and managed.

Step 7: Export User Attendance

To export a user's attendance, select the desired entry from the list, then click the Action button in the upper-right corner. From the dropdown, select Export to begin the export process.

Step 8: Exporting Settings

In the Export Settings window, choose your preferred export format, such as Excel or CSV. You can also customize which fields to include by checking the boxes next to the desired data fields. Once configured, click Export to generate the file.

Step 9: Verify if Attendance is Successfully Exported

After exporting, locate the downloaded file in your browser's download folder or file manager. Open the file to ensure it contains the correct attendance data as expected.
