1. The first thing you need for a job posting is the staffing plan. Go to the HR module, navigate to Recruitment, and find the Staffing Plan.


2. This will show a list of departments and the number of employees in each. This information is also required for the job opening.



3. Click “Add Staffing Plan” to enter new information. Here, you will fill in the department, the number of vacancies, and other relevant details.



4. After filling in the information, click Save, and your staffing plan is ready to go.


5.In your workspace, navigate to HR. Under the HR module, go to Recruitment, then select Job Opening.



6. In the Job Opening section, you will see a list of all available jobs in the company.



7. Click “Add Job Opening” to create a new listing. Fill out the job information and form, then click Save.



8. Click Save, and your job opening is ready to go.
