How To Create A Holiday List.


Step 1: Log in to your nXportal account and use the search bar to search for "Holiday List".


Step 2: This will display the list of Holiday forms that have been created.


Step 3: To create a new Holiday list, click the "Add Holiday" button in the upper right corner. This will open a form for you to fill out the holiday details.


Step 4: Create a Holiday List name and select the start and end dates (for example, January 1 to December 31, 2025).

Click "Add Row" to enter each holiday’s date and name. Once you’ve added all the holidays, click Save to finish.


How To Assign Holiday List to Employee.


Step 1: Go to HR and navigate to the Employee shortcut. This will display a list of all employees.


Step 2: Click on the employee you want to set the holidays for, then navigate to the Attendance and Leaves section.


Step 3: Click on Holiday List to view the available lists that have been created. Select the appropriate holiday list, then click Save to apply it. You’re all set!
